Product Vision and The Outcome
My Role: Product Design Intern

Hired Inc. is an online marketplace platform focused on matching job-seekers to best job opportunities.
The Problem: I closely collaborated with Product Manager to understand the reason for high drop-off rates of first-time-user employers.
The Solution: I designed the first-time user employer’s onboarding experience and redesigned the employer dashboard. I used Hired Inc.’s new design system to design the final HiFidelity Mockup.
The Impact: The new onboarding and dashboard design was expected to reduce the onboarding call duration with customer management team by 50% and time to find matching candidates by 67%, thereby increasing the customer (employers) conversion rate.
